From a young age, I have been fascinated by the human body and its resilient ability to adapt and heal. When I was 17 years old I was in a car accident that resulted in a lot of pain and dysfunction. I refused to believe that pain pills and muscle relaxers were the solution to my problem. I was frustrated and knew there had to be a better answer. One of my high=school teachers saw how much pain I was in during class one morning the week following the accident and she suggested that I see a chiropractor, so I took her advice and nervously, I did. I was amazed how quickly my body was able to adapt again and live life as a “normal”, pain-free 17-year-old again with chiropractic care. This sparked a deeper passion for wanting to understand the human body on a new level and with that I decided to pursue a career in healthcare.

Throughout chiropractic school my passion for musculoskeletal health and overall wellbeing only grew stronger. Too many people suffer in pain and have not been given the proper solution to relieve the pain. I am committed to uncovering the root cause of your pain so that you may function better and live a higher quality of life. I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to care. After a thorough assessment, together we will explore a personalized approach to achieving your health goals. I utilize a diverse set of treatment techniques including adjustments, soft tissue therapy, rehabilitative exercise, and education. Beyond pain, I would be honored to help you improve overall wellness and maintain optimal health.
